Review of www.YogaEverywhere.com

"Desk jockeys should appreciate this site, which is best for getting in a few subtle stretches without leaving your chair. Put up by a yoga teacher in California, it hosts no streaming audio or video, but offers breathing exercises and explicit instructions for doing yoga in the office, complete with photos of people surrounded by workday trappings performing the poses. The Yoga with Wings section offers helpful, common-sense tips for staying healthy while flying, as well as a series of yoga stretches to do in the air. This is a good site for people with slow connections--or people at work who need a break but don't want anyone to notice what they're doing.

BEST: The sunny 'next' links at the end of each instruction lead easily to the next pose. WORST: Yoga with Wings, intended to be done on a plane, requires an awful lot of space, and is likely to get you some pretty funny looks."

Stress Reliever of the Month: Keyboard Yoga

"You'd be amazed at how just a few deep breaths can make you feel calm and centered, not to mention better able to concentrate. Log on to yogaeverywhere.com for "Yoga on the Keyboard", a five-minute deep breathing exercise presented by the resident yogi Megan Lurie McCarver. What it entails: First you slip off you shoes and adjust your posture: then you add shoulder rolls, imaging energy floating up your spine. Finally, you bow your head to your chest and breathe deeply but softly. If your boss walks by while you are doing this exercise, tell her that you are reducing mental clutter to make way for clear creative thoughts."
