Quadriceps Stretch in a Low Lunge
From Crescent Pose, nestle your back knee softly into the
sand and gently raise the back heel towards your seat. Square the
shoulders and breathe smoothly like the waves. Repeat on the
opposite side. Release tight quadriceps and increase the energy to
your legs – bringing better balance and power for carving great turns
on the waves.
