High Lunge
A more intense variation of Anjaneyasana, the high lunge
will bring more energy to the psoas muscles deep in the pelvis. The
front knee is directly above ankle (not in front of the ankle) and the
back leg is stretched with dynamic intention. Feel your thigh muscles
hug to the bone and spine lift and lengthen.
