Lower Back Release Modified - Utkatanasana
Hours of paddling out can cause the back to experience
fatigue and soreness. This pose is a gentle release for the
lower back. Sit deep with energy rooting down into the
sand through your heels. Curl your ribs towards your thighs
and hug deeply with the arms around the backs of the legs.
Breathe DEEPLY into the lower back – and explore deep release from
the inside out.
