Half Neck Circles
Standing up, slowly bow your chin to your chest. Begin with half
neck circles, rolling your chin across your collarbone to your right
shoulder.
Now inhale here and exhale rolling your chin slowly across
your collarbone to your left shoulder.
Repeat this
exercise five times. And Remember to slow
down!
