Yoga with Wings for Air Travel
"No
bird ever flew nonstop from New York to Tokyo, or raced 15 miles
high at triple the speed of sound. But birds do something else. They
do not conquer the air; they romance it." - Peter Garrison
Round the Back
Begin
in Mountain Pose. Bend your knees, interlace your hands, pressing
the heels of your hands away from your chest. Really round your
back bowing your chin to your chest. Try pressing your belly in
towards your spine with each complete exhale. Take five long deep
breaths.
